High flow created two problems at the same time.

When production increased, the field had less retention time for separation. At the same time, the chemical injection system had a practical rate limit, so simply increasing demulsifier dosage was not always available as an operating response.

The customer needed a demulsifier that still worked at low dose during high-flow conditions, while remaining robust enough to handle normal production fluctuation.

Lamurindo also supported the field with corrosion inhibitors for crude and gas service, scale inhibitor, sludge breaker, gas compressor antifoam, wax dispersant, sand cleaning chemical, and biocide.
