CASSIDA STAR VARIO
CASSIDA STAR VARIO operates fully automatically with high-precision discharge, regardless of temperature or back pressure. The system consists of an electromechanical drive, a lubricant cartridge (LC) with a capacity of 60, 120, or 250 cm³, and a battery pack. Discharge time and LC size are set using the push-button LCD display, and a green/red LED shows operating status, visible even from a distance.

Product features: settings can be changed at any time and switched off during extended shutdowns; the 6-bar operating pressure enables remote installation up to 5 m away from the lubrication point, increasing safety and allowing cartridge changes while machines keep running; a manual purge button clears blockages on demand.

CASSIDA FLEX
CASSIDA FLEX is a compact, ready-to-use lubrication system supplied as a complete unit, for use across a wide temperature range of -20°C to +60°C. Discharge pressure is generated by an electronically controlled chemical reaction, continuously supplying fresh lubricant to the lubrication point over a freely selectable discharge time of 1 to 12 months. Available in 60 cm³ and 125 cm³ sizes.

Remote Installation Accessory Kit
Although preference should be given to installing automatic lubricators directly at the lubrication point, remote installation is often necessary to reduce lubricant pressure at points subject to high temperatures (>60°C), vibration, impact, or accessibility risk. To maintain correct operating pressure, STAR VARIO should be installed no more than 5 m away, and FLEX no more than 2 m away, from the lubrication point.
