Circulating, Spindle & Slideway Oils

RENOLIN DTA, RENOLIN SP, and RENEP CGLP serve the lubrication requirements of precision machine tools, from high-speed spindles to saddle and table slideways and general circulating systems, where demulsibility, clean operation, and compatibility with coolants are primary concerns.

RENOLIN DTA Series — Circulating, Spindle & Hydraulic Oil

Multi-purpose mineral oil for circulating systems, hydraulics, and machine tool spindles requiring demulsifying, anti-wear, and anti-corrosion performance. Zinc-free. Meets DIN 51515-1 (L-TD), DIN 51517-2 CL, ISO 6743-3, and ISO 12925-1 (CKB). Compatible with VDH Turbo couplings Type 1 and 3, and Lands Land machine tool spindles.

RENOLIN SP Series — Spindle Oil

Very low-viscosity oils based on highly refined paraffinic stock with superior thermal and oxidation resistance, designed specifically for high-speed machine tool spindles where minimum viscosity and rapid drainage are required.

RENEP CGLP Series — Slideway Oil

Mineral slideway oils with lubricity improvers and anti-stick-slip additives, meeting DIN 51417 CGLP specification. Prevents stick-slip on machine tool saddles and tables; compatible with most water-based cutting fluids including ECOCOOL; provides corrosion protection and wear resistance in combined hydraulic-slideway systems.

Turbine Oils

Steam and gas turbine lubrication demands the highest levels of oxidation stability, rust and corrosion inhibition, air release, and water separation, sustained over very long service periods. RENOLIN TB and RENOLIN ETERNA represent two generations of turbine oil chemistry, with RENOLIN ETERNA providing the higher-performance formulation with broader OEM approval coverage.

RENOLIN TB Series — Turbine Oil

Mineral turbine oil with rust and oxidation inhibitors and anti-foam additives. Suitable for steam and gas turbine bearing lubrication, hydraulic speed governors, and general circulating systems requiring rust-and-oxidation grade performance.

RENOLIN ETERNA Series — High-Performance Turbine Oil

Premium turbine oil formulated with advanced additive chemistry for extended service life in gas and steam turbines, turbo-compressors, and power generation systems. Carries approvals from major turbine manufacturers including Siemens, MAN, and ABB. Suitable for systems requiring ISO VG 32 to 220.

Process & Application-Specific Oils

Dedicated formulations for specific industrial processes, paper machine lubrication, rock drilling equipment, high-temperature chain drives, and electrical insulation, where standard lubricant chemistry is insufficient and application-specific performance is required.

RENOLIN PA Series — Paper Machine Oil

High-viscosity mineral oil for paper machine wet and dry section lubrication and centralised system use. Meets DIN 51517-3 CLP. Very good aging stability and compatibility with moisture-contaminated environments characteristic of paper machine operation.

RENOLIN RDO 320 — Rock Drill Oil

Specialty lubricant for rotation gear lubrication in hydraulic and pneumatic rock drilling machines. Anti-fogging and high-film-strength additives protect all moving surfaces under the impact and vibration conditions of rock drilling operations.

RENOCHAIN 220 — High-Temperature Chain Oil

Synthetic MC base lubricant for chain drives operating at elevated temperatures, conveyor chains in industrial ovens, dryers, and furnaces. High viscosity index, exceptional oxidative stability, and resistance to carbonisation at high operating temperatures. Meets ISO TR 74743 category CKC.

RENOLIN ELTEC — Transformer Insulating Fluid

Non-inhibited, high-purity mineral insulating oil for power and distribution transformers, switchgear, inductance coils, and instrument transformers. Maintains dielectric strength and low-temperature fluidity at sub-zero ambient temperatures. Meets IEC 60296:2003, the primary international standard governing transformer insulating fluid quality.
