Protecting Assets from Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Corrosion

Hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) is a highly toxic and corrosive gas that presents serious safety, environmental, and operational challenges in oil and gas production. It reacts with iron in wells and pipelines, leading to:

  • Pitting corrosion
  • Stress cracking
  • Iron sulfide scale formation
